EPOXY COAT 109 is a two-component, water-based epoxy finish, specially formulated to protect and beautify cement floors while allowing the substrate to breathe thanks to its water vapor permeability. Its smooth or anti-slip film, depending on the application, guarantees excellent adhesion, high mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as remarkable hardness and abrasion resistance.
Ideal for high-traffic areas: warehouses, workshops, production areas, car parks or garages. Its easy-to-apply, water-based formula reduces VOC emissions while providing a durable, easy-to-maintain semi-gloss finish.
Appearance : semi-gloss, tintable according to the RAL color chart
Approximate consumption : 0.15 to 0.20 kg/m² per layer
Opening to traffic : pedestrian access after 24-48 hours, heavy traffic after 72-96 hours
Vapor permeable : maintains the balance of the substrate
Application : directly onto prepared concrete, roller or spray
