Presto "styrene-free" fiberglass putty is a two-component polyester putty containing the new NT bonding agent. The putty is composed of pure, unsaturated polyester resin and fiberglass particles.
For repairing large damages in industrial and DIY applications, including rust stains and areas subject to significant mechanical stress. Suitable for use on metal, wood, concrete, many plastics, etc.
Perforations can be filled and stabilized, and large flatness defects can be compensated for. Suitable for repairing rusted parts with a diameter of less than 12 mm.
Corrosion pits with a diameter greater than 12 mm can be filled with Prestolith Special polyester resin before application.
For both pre- and post-treatment of filler repairs, we recommend our Presto sandpaper. We stock a wide range of wet and dry sandpaper in various grits.
