MX300 is a mineralizing agent intended for outdoor use.
It is used on porous mineral materials (stones, terracotta, reconstituted paving slabs, tile joints, plasters, concrete...) in order to consolidate them.

MX300 is designed to penetrate deeply and permanently harden surfaces. It works through a chemical reaction that causes the material to crystallize and silica to form in the pores. This reaction permanently strengthens the surface's resistance to wear.
Water repellent, it limits water infiltration, and makes materials less brittle.
Based on aqueous-phase organomineral resin, the MX300 wall and facade mineralizer does not form a film, it allows the substrate to breathe.
It can be used near vegetation without harming its growth.
