MX300 is a mineralizer for outdoor use.
It is used on porous mineral materials (stones, terracotta, reconstituted pavements, tile joints, plaster, concrete ...) in order to consolidate them.
Perform a test before any final treatment.
MX300 is designed to penetrate deeply and harden the supports permanently. It acts by a chemical reaction that causes the crystallization of the material and the formation of silica in the pores. This reaction durably strengthens the resistance of the support to wear.
Water repellent, it limits the infiltrations of water, and makes the materials less friable.
Based on organomineral resin in aqueous phase, the mineralizing wall and facade MX300 does not form a film, it lets breathe the support.
It can be used near the vegetation without harming its development.
