Properties
- provides first-class colorless varnishes with excellent resistance to wear, abrasion, scratches, impacts and blows
- excellent resistance to weathering, light and yellowing
- very good resistance to chemicals, acids, alkalis, solvents, nitro thinner, alcohol, mineral oils, fuels, spirits, liqueurs etc.
- can be applied with a spray gun, brush or roller
Areas of application
For highly scratch-, abrasion-, and yellowing-resistant coatings on parquet floors, furniture, tables, benches, etc.; for exterior use only on dimensionally stable wood (doors, frames, etc.). Can be used as a clear topcoat over existing floor paints to improve scratch, scuff, and abrasion resistance. Also suitable as a clear varnish for mineral substrates (basement floors, stairs, cement surfaces, balconies, etc.).
Contains benzotriazole derivative, 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction.
