Fast-drying, synthetic resin-based insulating primer for interior and exterior use. Offers excellent insulating properties against almost all types of stains (especially water stains) on surfaces such as concrete and wood.
Recoatable with all water-based and alkyd paints, but not with two-component paints.
Ideal when you need to go fast, can be re-covered after 1 hour.
