EPOXY COAT 108 is a two-component epoxy finish in water-based dispersion, specially formulated to protect and beautify cement floors while allowing the substrate to breathe thanks to its water vapor permeability. Its smooth or non-slip film, depending on the application, guarantees excellent adhesion, high mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as remarkable hardness and abrasion resistance.

Ideal for high-traffic areas such as warehouses, workshops, production areas, parking lots, or garages. Its easy-to-apply, water-based formulation reduces VOC emissions while providing a durable, easy-to-maintain semi-gloss surface.

  • Appearance : semi-gloss, tintable according to the RAL color chart

  • Indicative consumption : 0.15 to 0.20 kg/m² per coat

  • Commissioning : pedestrian after 24-48 hours, heavy traffic after 72-96 hours

  • Vapor permeable : respects the balance of the support

  • Application : directly on prepared concrete, roller or spray
