Sestriere Siloxane ABITA

The Siloxane Abita outdoor cycle has been developed using Sestriere Vernici technology, which allows to obtain great impermeability to water, long life, and has also been tested to resist the proliferation of algae and mold according to UNI EN 15457 and 15458 standards. The cycle consists of different products.

The "Silox Fissativo Abita" water-based acrylic-siloxane fixer is formulated to allow the subsequent application of siloxane-based wall paints on friable substrates. In addition to its consolidating action, the siloxane resin makes the surface water repellent.

The water-based acrylic-siloxane filler primer "Fondo Uniformante Silossanico" makes it possible to mask surface irregularities of the support and micro-cracks thanks to a granulometry of 0.5 mm. It insulates evenly eliminating any difference in absorption. It can also be pigmented with the Sestriere Vernici MultiWater System tintometric system. This product is available on order.

"Silox FQ" acrylic-siloxane paint has good water vapor permeability, high water impermeability and resistance to atmospheric agents. It is extremely versatile and is suitable, thanks to its excellent adhesion, for the restoration of old facades or the construction of new buildings.
It has been tested to resist the proliferation of algae and mold according to UNI EN 15457 and 15458 standards.
